The university implements three components - educational, scientific and practical, as well as aspects such as planning and development of the entire educational process, finance, teaching, administration, etc. Strengthening the power of education cannot be achieved solely through technology, political regulation or financial mechanisms. This requires the provision of quality education and training for specialists at all levels, starting with preschool.The educational process of training engineers should include not only the study of concepts and principles of product development and design, but also the formation of systemic and critical thinking skills that allow considering production, research, educational and economic aspects in aggregate; establishing partnerships; decision making; understanding the current industry opportunities.The organization of such an educational process implies the integration and use of resources, experience and ready-made projects in the studied area in training, prototyping on the part of vendors, partners, customers, groups of scientists. This will improve the quality and efficiency of training engineers and create a talent pool.
