The study addresses to optimization of coronaviruses disinfection using radiation from different types of UV devices and comparison with Sun UV. A new algorithm has been proposed that allows the user to prognosticate the beneficial effect of laboratory results at typical wavelength 254 nm to the entire spectral range corresponding to bactericidal sensitivity through an equivalent replacement of UV lamps with appropriate coefficients. To compare to artificial irradiation, a sunlight bactericidal effect is calculated taking into account the UV absorption of the main atmospheric gases, seasons and sun beam angles of incidence for location of New York and other examples. Listed are the experimental doses for inactivation of microorganisms using various modern lamps. Ventilation systems using UV disinfection for typical residential housing and system for water treatment are considered for practical realization. Presented study addresses the optimization of coronaviruses disinfection using radiation received from different types of UV devices.
