The words: "Arrogant" and "Political" as attributed to both Change and God, respectively, are philosophic interpretations due to: 1) the attitudes of change which tantamount to what people know as arrogant----- without respect to any persons; and 2) the activity of God which is identical to what humans have learned from Him about governance. Due to this change's ability to change all regardless of what and who they are, I have personified change by using a masculine third person pronoun, "he," instead of "it", to stress its sovereignty. However, this scenario only occurs when referring to change from a general perspective.
