The SME CL Digital Mentoring is a company that currently offers mentoring, consulting and executive education services. The company besides being an economic cell that seeks to obtain income and dividends, it is also a social cell, as it is formed by people for people. For this reason the present study attempts to disseminate the benefits of online education as the social objectives that condition the context are achieved.The company used the traditional face-to-face method (sit-and-go) since its creation in 2011. In 2013 it decided to create the present study and in 2015 it made a strong incursion into the telepresential (online) educational model looking for a new niche of opportunity to increase its profitability. The company implemented the recommendations of this study for five years before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, which allowed it to be strongly positioned to meet the needs of its customers in the crisis moments of 2020.The study offers great depth on the advantages of the telepresence experience as a viable avenue of growth for today's SMBs.
