Synopsis
Un problème posé par de nombreuses petites entreprises est lié au manque de connaissances ou à la négligence concernant les réglementations de sécurité. Un exemple d'une petite entreprise qui a cette difficulté est l'industrie du meuble, connue sous le nom de menuiserie. Dans la plupart des ateliers de menuiserie brésiliens, les machines utilisées sont en mauvais état et les employés qui les exploitent ne sont pas qualifiés ou formés pour le faire. Ce travail est une étude de cas dans une petite menuiserie de la ville de Campina Grande (PB), et son objectif est de développer une analyse préliminaire des risques (PRA) pour quatre activités, qui sont : le chargement des matériaux, et l'utilisation des machines de scie circulaire, scie à ruban et redresseur. Sur la base des APR, les instructions de travail (TI) correspondantes ont également été développées pour chaque activité analysée. L'étude a été développée sur la base des normes réglementaires du ministère du Travail et de l'Emploi qui envisagent les activités de l'étude. Les analyses ont montré des risques inhabituels pour les trois machines étudiées, les principaux étant : risques ergonomiques, bruit, poussière et risque d'accidents avec coupures et/ou amputations.

The study was developed based on the Regulatory Norms of the Ministry of Labor and Employment that contemplate the activities of the study.
