This thesis fulfills the purpose of analyzing the correlations between leadership styles and work stress, according to their sociodemographic characteristics in the Corporación Universitaria Lasallista. In which these characteristics show interesting aspects related to the two main variables (stress and leadership). Results were obtained that point to establish that work pressure, both in the scale of intensity and frequency of work stress, predominates over the other factors and in the leadership style the transformational one predominated, which refers to the tendency of leaders characterized by training, educating and preparing the members to achieve group growth.
