Synopsis
L'émergence des nouvelles technologies et du cyberespace a toujours eu et continue d'avoir de nombreux effets positifs et négatifs. L'une de ses conséquences négatives est l'émergence de nouveaux ordinateurs et de la cybercriminalité. L'une des principales causes de l'excitation sexuelle, qui conduit au crime d'adultère, exposant la prostitution, la pornographie et la prostitution, etc., est due à la promotion de contenus et d'images obscènes via les ordinateurs et Internet. Cette thèse est divisée en cinq chapitres. La méthode analytique descriptive a été écrite. Les résultats de l'étude indiquent que les crimes contre la chasteté et la moralité publique en droit iranien sont divisés en crimes : pornographie, prostitution, communication illicite. Chacun de ces crimes a les trois éléments juridiques, matériels et spirituels. La cybercriminalité contre la moralité publique et la décence a été très controversée dans les tribunaux ces dernières années. En général, on peut reconnaître que chaque jour de nouveaux sites et blogs contenant du contenu et des sujets contraires à la décence publique et du contenu obscène commencent à fonctionner sur Internet. En ce qui concerne les crimes contre la décence publique, il convient de noter que la décence publique est un concept lié aux questions culturelles.
