This work deals with an aspect of great importance for Law and University Didactics regarding the use of teaching methods, in order to achieve the apprehension of theoretical and practical knowledge, thus contributing to the academic and intellectual growth of the student to acquire the ability and the necessary tools to develop correctly and effectively in their field of work. The topic deals specifically with the application of these theoretical and practical teaching methods in the Criminal Procedural Law course of the Law School.
