The COVID-19 pandemic has been regarded as an unprecedented challenge for the world due to its various effects. Among these is the psychological impact it has had on people around the globe. Most educational institutions have started using online learning platforms to carry out academic activities. For instance, the availability of bandwidth and the design of the platforms are still not well known in developing countries such as India. The goal of this study was to analyze the perceptions of high school students about online learning. Through an online survey, 180 students were asked about their preferred and perceived use of online learning platforms. This study's portrayal of students’ perception study's online learning with a user satisfaction level estimation was explored in-depth during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Jamboni High school, Bankura district, West Bengal, India. The findings of the study revealed that most of the students are ready to use online classes to manage their curriculum during the pandemic. The majority of them also indicated that they would like to use the various features of the platforms to improve their learning environment.
