Synopsis
This book provides a review of the earlier works and scope of present investigation regarding emissions of energy and matter from the sun, influence of the sun on ionosphere, “Bouncing” of the VLF radio waves, active region numbers, radio images, dynamic sky, the transient sky, pulsating radio sources, extragalactic radio sources etc. Also give some idea about astronomical observing systems over the electromagnetic spectrum and three dimensional radiation pattern and its implications towards radio telescope antenna. Special attention is given to solar plasma processes and implementation of fast Fourier transformation for detection of solar bursts.
