Synopsis

The work that we present below does not have great pretensions, in my modest opinion, I try to contribute to the knowledge in the process of Management of the Direction and the processes associated to it, some in the field of Physical Culture and Sport or to the direction in general sense, with a group of materials,of which I have been its author at different times, elaborated from different investigations, studies and practical experience in half a century of practical experience and that maintain their validity, with slight updates, in the light of the current paradigms, although there are lines and principles that are maintained with a high level of updating. As I have expressed in different forums, it is a work that can be improved and enriched, with the new projections in the field of these processes and I hope it will be useful to the new cohorts of managers in the new contexts.
