Christianity in Mushere Chiefdom: Introduction, Crises and Challenges, Advancement and Effects - Couverture souple
Synopsis
The introduction, crises and challenges, advancement and effects of Christianity in Mushere then Kingdom but now Chiefdom has been a researchable need. Mushere Chiefdom is located in Bokkos Local Government of Plateau State Nigeria. This project makes emphases on the highlighted subject. The study investigates how, when and how far Christianity came about in Mushere Chiefdom. Secondary data was collected via a review of previous publications; journals, websites, social media, books, and relevant documentaries. Primary data were collected by interviews and questionnaires. Individuals with 50 and above of age were interviewed for experiences and information acquired by privilege. Open questions were posted to a Whatsapp group of Mushere community and a few of age 56 and above responded, which was classified as a kind of interview. This was used to guide the design of questionnaire to use for general investigation. It also helped in developing the problem statement of the study. Interactive interview was carried out with aged people of 70 to 100 years. Those of age 70 to 100 did experience certain happenings in terms of the introduction of Christian education.
