Synopsis

Reverse Logistics in Battery and Cell Phone Disposal Subsidies for the Construction of a Management Model This study focused on researching reverse logistics in battery and cell phone disposal in the municipality of Chapecó, Santa Catarina. In this study, customers, stores, and cell phone and battery retailers were surveyed, as well as multi-brand retailers, in order to correctly diagnose the situation regarding the disposal of these products. To validate the model, a study was also conducted with a group of experts (focus group), who gave their opinions on the improvements needed to the proposed model.
