Synopsis

The evolution of each aspect in technology is rich in historical events, case studies, experience from elderly researchers and technicians. In itself, technology never meant goodness for the community. There is therefore an academic and philosophical need for assessing and well-delimiting the facets of ethics into the re-fashioned societal set-up and technological dependencies. The focus of this manuscript will be geared towards “Ethics Analysis of Fulfilling Customer’s Expectation in Technology Era”. The technology focussed here is ICT technologies and its related sub-fields including emerging technologies. This research remains inherently a continuity work of vision and opinion. Such opinions may differ from other researchers, but formulating varied opinions will ultimately enrich the field of Ethics in the technology era.
