The process mechanism of marine bacillus fermentation to produce marine alkaline protease is very complex, with highly non-linear, time-varying and coupling, and the key parameters that directly reflect the fermentation quality during the fermentation process are difficult to be measured directly by physical instruments in real time, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of real-time dynamic regulation of Marine alkaline protease. Therefore, the study of the online detection method of key parameters in fermentation process and the dynamic control method of feeding can promote the large-scale production of Marine alkaline protease related industries, thus reducing the cost and obtaining higher social application value.
