Synopsis

Mechanical, Tribological, Structural, Thermal and Elemental investigations in epoxy-based composites reinforced with alkali-treated chopped areca nut fibers with different fiber weight percentages have been compared in this novel work. From the study, it is concluded that the composition with 20 wt% areca nut fiber-reinforced epoxy polymer composites exhibits better properties.
