Synopsis

This study shows that social climate factors have an impact on wellbeing, among which autonomy showed a positive and moderate to high correlation with wellbeing and innovation and performance and recognition showed stronger correlations. In terms of coping factors, avoidance had a weak correlation, but management and control had a significant correlation. It was concluded that the social climate and stress coping strategies have an impact on well-being at work.
