The SFOA bypasses the Pre- surgical orthodontic phase and directly enters to the skeletal surgical correction phase. By this there’s a reduction in treatment duration and provides earlyimprovement in the facial esthetics. In this book, a proper understanding of treatment planning and procedures involved will be discussed in detail.
