The issue of admissibility of evidence is crucial to any trial, whether civil or criminal, as it has the capacity to determine the outcome of a case one way or the other. The major findings in the work is reflected on fact that the evidentiary rule on admissibility of electronic-generated evidence is the major achievement of the 2023 Evidence Act which is a right step in the right direction.
