Synopsis

This book analyzes the dynamics of governance in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) from three essential angles. Finally, it assesses the impact of decentralization on maximizing provincial revenues, identifying opportunities for financial autonomy and limitations linked to corruption and administrative capacity. The book calls for inclusive and transparent reforms to strengthen governance.
