Likewise, a good quality of service has a positive impact on the results or objectives of a company, regardless of the sector in which it operates. This research work aims to analyze the impact on the quality of service perceived by the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Administration at the University of Sonora Central Regional Unit, through the implementation of an information and communication technology, which allows the digitization of school procedures.
