It covers an optimised DNA-based encryption framework using the Grey Wolf Optimiser (GWO). By efficiently exploring encryption parameter spaces, GWO identifies optimal configurations that enhance encryption strength, key sensitivity, and resistance to cryptanalytic attacks. A novel cryptographic key-generation approach that combines Binary Cuckoo Optimisation (BCO) with Homomorphic Encryption for secure computation over encrypted data is used. This hybrid framework facilitates the efficient generation of high-strength cryptographic keys, reducing computational overhead and execution time. The proposed framework improves data confidentiality and the security of information exchange in cloud environments and demonstrates the potential of optimisation-driven cryptographic frameworks for secure, privacy-preserving, and trustworthy cloud computing ecosystems.
