Synopsis
This study presents a technique for determining the amount of added vitamin A in compound feed intended for broiler chickens using the HPLC method. We were able to develop a vitamin analysis method using a company-specific protocol that outlines the various steps in sample preparation, the equipment used, and the necessary supplies. Despite these constraints, the analytical method currently under development shows promise if it can be properly mastered.
