Synopsis
当前我国群众体育事业的发展既是后奥运时期体育事业发展转型的需要，也是建设社会主义和谐社会的需要，基于此我国政府出台了一系列促进群众体育发展的政策。当前我国群众体育的发展首先要关注的是群众体育政策的执行，亟须提升的是群众体育政策执行的绩效。然而，众多公共政策执行的现实表明，政策的执行往往不像想像的那样顺畅．这不仅削弱了这些体育政策的效能，而且已严重影响政府及相关部门的社会公信力。本研究采用实证研究范式。选择中部省份的典型区域进行调研．从而比较清晰地把握我国当前群众体育政策执行的阻滞机制及其根源，进而建立有效的治理策略和政策实施机制，以保障我国各项群众体育政策的顺利实施。
