Synopsis
《方言》是汉语方言学的第一部著作，在中国语言学史上有着重要的地位。东晋郭璞早为之作注，其注本流传下来即今本《方言》。国家图书馆藏李孟传浔阳郡斋刻本乃《方言》存世宋椠孤本，现以此为底本影印，加以圈点断句，并编制音序、笔画索引，以方便读者。底本字迹漫漶、缺损严重者，参以它本，以编者注形式补于书后。索引所涉字，因明显刻误、俗误致不成字或同条前后用字不一致者，为便检索，酌情出注，并于索引中括注；余误不注。
