In practicing this routine, a practitioner should have his shoulders and elbows leisurely posed and relax his lumbar muscles, in addition to leaving his knees staying slightly and effortlessly bent. Moreover he should strive to be free from any distractions and concentrate his mind on all the movements he is about to execute. All the movements this routine contains should be unfolded at a very slow and easy pace, though no pause or interruption whatever is allowed in the course of a single movement.
