Synopsis
在科技部政策法规司、科研诚信建设办公室的支持下，在国家软科学研究计划（项目编号：2011GXS5K089）资助下，中国科学技术信息研究所成立了主要国家科研诚信制度与管理比较研究课题组，就国外主要国家近年的科研诚信制度与管理措施进行了全面、系统的调研。针对各种科研不端行为，对相关国家政府及重要国际组织、科研机构、大学、学术团体等层面的立法及政策措施、管理规定等内容进行了深入剖析。通过总结并比较这些国家及组织在科研诚信制度建设方面的主要模式，分析了不同主体在科研诚信建设中的不同作用，提出了适合我国国情并促进我国科研诚信建设的建议。《国外科研诚信制度与管理》一书就是该研究成果。
