Synopsis
本书在编者多年教学和生产实践经验积累的基础上,系统、全面地介绍了冷冲压模具设计与制造的基础知识。本书内容大致分为模具设计和模具制造两部分。模具设计部分的内容占70%,以zui具代表性的冲裁模为主线,详细讲述了模具设计过程、结构类型选择、设计步骤和主要工艺计算;还针对弯曲模、拉深模、翻边模等其他类型模具的特点,作了补充讲解。模具制造部分,系统介绍了模具制造的基本要求、工艺特点、试压、验收等全部过程;并着重介绍了工作零件(凸、凹模)特种加工工艺以及典型的装配技术。此外,为了方便学生课程设计以及工程人员参考使用,本书还收录了冷冲压模具设计中常用的数据和标准件,以便查阅。为了提高学生对将来工作的适应性,本书zui后还侧重介绍了冷冲压模具的CAD/CAE/CAM技术。
本书是为模具专业已经学过"板料冷压原理"的本科学生编写的教材,参考学时为30学时;也可供从事冷冲压模具设计与制造的相关教学、科研单位的技术人员参考。
本书配套光盘中提供精心制作的多媒体CAI教学课件,可以起到很好的辅助教学作用;还配有课程设计专用教学软件,供冷冲压模具课程设计中师生参考使用。
