Synopsis
为了强化供电企业安全管理、减少生产活动中生产设备客观存在的异常等危害因素和风险转化成故障和事故的几率、提高设备和系统的安全健康水平，规范四川省能源投资集团有限责任公司(以下简称“能投集团”)系统电网企业生产安全风险评价工作，特制定《供电企业配电网生产设备安全风险评价标准》（以下简称《标准》）。《标准》针对变电一次设备、电气二次设备、变电设备运行、变电设备检修、输电线路、配电线路和设备、电网运行这七个方面可能引发的故障和事故，以防止设备损坏事故为重点，用风险管理的方法进行风险评价。《标准》中的各部分评价项目的要求就是电力生产设备安全风险控制的指南。
