Synopsis
本教材依据学科特点，分为微生物学和寄生虫学两篇，共105个实验。
本教材的理论性、实用性和系统性均较强，并结合我校教学改革和科研实际，列入了一些比较成熟的新实验和新技术，突出了其综合性和创新性的特色。实验项目分为以下3个部分：基本实验方法，介绍病原生物学实验的基本操作技术，包括常用仪器的使用、培养基的配制等；验证性实验，以验证病原生物学理论、加深学生感性认识的经典实验为主；综合创新性实验，为综合病原生物学知识并结合科研而设计的一些实践性实验。
本教材主要供高校医学类本科及专科生使用，也可作为本学科的研究生、进修生、青年教师和实验技术人员的参考用书。
