Synopsis
本研究综合运用经济学、管理学、社会学和计算机科学等领域的相关理论，结合大量深入的实地调研，采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法，剖析我国食品安全的现状与问题，研究不同类型的供应链模式与食品安全的关系；并运用基于主体的建模方法和仿真技术，构建我国食品安全的计算机仿真模型，通过计算机仿真实验，探讨政府监管者与供应链组织及其参与主体之间的相互关系，以及他们共同作用对整个食品安全水平的影响；以此为基础，探索有效可行的食品安全治理机制和演化路径。
