R.L.S. Sikarwar completed his M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Botany from School of Studies of Botany, Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.). He worked in CSIR-NBRI, Lucknow (1990- 2003), Lucknow and in Arogyadham, Deendayal Research Institute, Chitrakoot (2003-2020). He has published 13 books and more than 250 research papers in national and international journals and recipient of several prestigious medals and awards such as Dr. S.K. Jain Medal (2004), Shri Gyan Chandra Medal (2010), Chaturvedi Prize-2014, Dr. B.N. Mehrotra Medal (2016), Pushpangadan Biodiversity Access and Benefit Sharing Award (2020) and Prof. Vishwambhar Puri Medal (2022) for the contribution in the field of taxonomy, ethnobotany, medicinal plants, and biodiversity conservation. At present he is working as Director, Centre for Traditional Knowledge Research & Application and Professor, Department of Environmental Science, AKS University, Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
Kaushal Singh: is a forest ecologist with Masters and Doctorate in Forestry from Forest Research Institute (Deemed) University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He published more than 25 research/popular article in national and international journals and three books. He is a recipient of prestigious S. K. Seth prize-2019 for significant contribution in the field of forest ecology. He is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Silviculture and Agroforestry, College of Forestry, Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, Banda, Uttar Pradesh.
Tinku Kumar is an accomplished scholar who holds M.Sc. (Botany) from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi and Ph.D. in Botany from the Department of Botany, Dr. Hari Singh Gour Central University, Sagar. He has devoted a significant portion of his career to conducting extensive research on the flora of the Nauradehi Wildlife Sanctuary in Madhya Pradesh. His expertise in plant taxonomy has been instrumental in his research, and has published numerous research articles in the fields of plant taxonomy and ethnobotany.
