R. SURESH, Ph.D. from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pant Nagar, is a distinguished academician and expert in the field of Soil and Water Engineering. He is Professor and Head of the Department of Soil and Water Conservation Engineering at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University (RPCAU), Pusa (Bihar). With over 36 years of enriching experience in teaching, research, and extension, Dr. Suresh has served in various capacities, including the esteemed position of Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering at RPCAU, and is also actively involved as the Director of Plant's and Facility at the University. He has guided more than 35 students at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels benefiting them from his remarkable contributions and expertise. Additionally, Dr. Suresh is a prolific author, with nationally recognized books. He has published over 50 research papers in National and International Journals of repute. Dr. Suresh has successfully led numerous research projects in the realm of Soil and Water Engineering and has received awards, including the Best Workers Award from the university, in recognition of his outstanding contributions.

S.K. NIRALA, M.Tech. in Water Resources Development Management from IIT Kharagpur, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Soil and Water Conservation Engineering at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa (Bihar). A dedicated professional in the field of Agricultural Engineering with more than 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and extension activities, Er. Nirala is recognized for his significant contributions to the scientific community. He is the Principal Investigator of the research project "Precision Farming Development Centre," funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer's Welfare, Government of India. Er. Nirala has guided several B.Tech and M.Tech students and has contributed to the scientific literature with numerous research papers published in reputed National and International journals. His dedication and expertise have earned him multiple awards in recognition of his valuable scientific contributions.
