Earlier, he was Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal. He was also Visiting Professor, Intel Development Labs, Intel Corporation, USA.
