S.K. MANGAL, Ph.D., formerly, Principal, Professor and Head of Department of Postgraduate Studies, C.R. College of Education, Rohtak, Haryana, has been a distinguished teacher, administrator, and researcher. He has devised certain educational and psychological tests like Teacher Adjustment Theory and Emotional Intelligence Theory. Professor Mangal has written many articles in international journals. His important books include Essentials of Educational Psychology; Advanced Educational Psychology, Statistics in Psychology and Education, and Educating Exceptional Children (all published by PHI Learning, New Delhi). UMA MANGAL, Ph.D., formerly, Principal, Vaish College of Education, Rohtak, Haryana, has many years of experience as teacher and administrator in colleges of education. She has written many articles in reputed journals and authored many books including Technology of Teaching, Teaching of Hindi, and Teaching of Social Studies.
