He is a leadership development and organisational consultant with over three decades of experience rooted in human process-work and behavioural sciences. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur (1987), co-creator of the Transformative Alignment Map (TAM) framework and co-author of Discover the Alchemist Within (2018), Kartik has made notable contributions to organisational development. His expertise focuses on driving personal and institutional transformation by integrating individual, team and organisational dynamics. Kartik is also a passionate musician and senior disciple of flautist Padmashri N. Ramani. He is currently exploring psychoanalysis in the Lacanian orientation.
