V. Rajesh is a wellknown and widely acknowledged retail and shopper behaviour expert who has been an integral part of the transformation of Indian retail. He has helped build various successful retail brands in India through his insights on shopper behaviour and his understanding of how to leverage powerful communication. He is a prolific writer, and has written several articles and case studies for leading publications. He is also the author of The INDIAN reTALEs-one of India's first handson books on the Indian retail story and shopper experiences-and Out Of Syllabus: Career Success Tips that No One Taught YOU. Rajesh is now active in the knowledge space and is engaged in sharing his extensive expertise in retail, marketing and communication through consulting assignments, training programmes and his writing.
