Rajul Gajendra Joshi holds an MBA in business information technology from the University of Technology, Sydney. She was working as a Faculty Associate at Icfai Business School Research Centre, Bangalore, Prior to joining Icfai she worked in India with IISC's Centre for Scientific and Industrial Consulting and in Australia with a retail firm. Presently, she is a Faculty member at the MIT School of Government and School of Business, Pune, India.

Sarita Seshagiri holds an MA and M.Phil from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She also holds a Ph.D. from National University of Singapore, Singapore. She worked as a Consulting Editor at Icfai Business School Research Centre, Bangalore. She has about three years of experience in Social Anthropology studies on the IT industry and cross cultural issues. Presently, she is working as a Research Consultant at Motorola Labs, Bangalore.
