Sakarama Somayaji (sometimes spelled Somajayi) is an Indian sociologist and academic author, best known for works on globalization, pluralism, environmental concerns, and sustainable development. His books are widely used in social science curricula and often published by Rawat Publications and international presses.



Ganesha Somayaji (sometimes spelled Somajayi) is a senior Indian sociologist, Professor of Sociology at Goa University, whose works focus on sociology of food, language, globalization, pluralism, and social transformations in India. He is widely published in both Indian and international academic presses.
