Dr. G. Vijayalakshmi Ponnuraj, Reader, Department of Home Science, Gandhigram Rural University, has about 23 years of teaching and research experience. She has been guiding many students of B.Sc., M.Sc, M.Phil and Ph.D. She has published many research papers in national journals. She has conducted national workshops and has participated in international seminars and workshops. She is associated with academic bodies of several universities. Dr. C. Sivapragasam, Reader in Statistics, Department of Applied Research, Gandhigram Rural University, holds a doctoral degree in applied statistics and has published a number of articles on applied statistics in national journals. His current areas of research are rural development and applied statistics. He has been guiding students in applied statistics at the UG/PG/M.Phil levels. He has served as a resource person in a number of refresher courses, seminars and workshops.
