Vidya Niwas Mishra (1926–2005) was a renowned Indian scholar, author, journalist, and Hindi–Sanskrit littérateur, celebrated for his essays, translations, and contributions to Indian literary culture. He wrote, edited, and translated over 100 books and was honored with the Padma Bhushan.
