He has hands-on experience in developing ERP solutions, mobile technologies, and establishing BPO with Voice/Non-Voice data processing. Srikanth Shastri Six sigma Black Belt, eSCM, CQA has over 30 years of wide ranging experience in the IT industry in the area of Program Management, Project Management, Quality Management, People Management, Project Execution (onsite/offsite model), and implementing business technology solutions across the globe. Shastri has handled several large projects in critical domains and has excelled in the areas of estimation and risk management. From delivery Shastri transitioned to a role of process and quality management. As Head of Business Excellence Unit for Applications Delivery he successfully led a large multinational corporation through a CMMIL5 appraisal. Starting his career at Tata Consultancy Services Shastri has worked for organizations such as Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd, Polaris, and EDS where he has played key delivery and leadership roles.
