Geet Jalota is an author with many books to her credit and an award for one. Her experience as a Trainer and an HR professional has culminated in her writings which facilitate career growth of women. In her three- decades career solving people problems, and finding ‘Right’ people for jobs, she has seen what mistakes women make and this has prompted her to write books to guide them properly in their career journey. She has helped over 20K+ people improve their performances. Having interviewed innumerable candidates and worked in multiple cities, she has observed ‘behavior’ in different cultural contexts and is, therefore, best poised to help people iron out their behavioral issues. Geet is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Deonar and Commerce Department of Delhi University and member of Indian Society of Training & Development.
