John Collings created HROP to offer his professional services as a coach trainer, life and career coach, executive coach, consultant and facilitator of group processes in small business planning and development. John’s professional experience includes 40 years in companies as director, trainer and development specialist. He was an internal consultant for Organizational Behavior while working at Scott Paper Company. Today, withdrawn from daily professional activity, he continues to train and inspire coaches and other professionals with his interventions as Master Trainer of Success Unlimited Network and international collaborations.

Lea Harper is a certified coach of the Success Unlimited Network (www.successunlimitednet.com) and also has a certification as coach and trainer from ICF. She has worked in the business world and has previously owned a small business. She has a Master in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University.
