César Fernández Arias (Caracas, 1952) is a very versatile artist who explores all the different lands of the art. From illustration to painting or sculpture. He is also a very generous person who shares all his knowledge with adults and child in regular, funny, crazy and free workshops. One of his books 100 greguerías was awarded with Illustration National Prize in 2002.
