NIcht umsonst wurde das Restaurant in 2013 zum besten der Welt gewählt. Demzufolge haben Kulinarik-Fans fast schon sehnsüchtig auf das erste Kochbuch aus dem Heiligtum gewartet- wobei das Wort "Kochbuch" natürlich mit Vorsicht zu genießen ist. Wer keine bestens ausgestattete Profiküche und Zugang zu seltenen (sehr seltenen) Zutaten aus allen Bereichen (von speziellen Fischen über Kräuter bis hin zu "Chemikalien") hat, wird wohl beim Lesen bleiben und eher nichts nachkochen (können) - Nichtsdestotrotz meine absoulte Kaufempfehlung für all jene, die ein Kochbuch als Möglichkeit, in eine Welt einzutauchen, empfinden. Wer einen Picasso-Bildband kauft, muss ja auch kein Maler sein Liebevoll ausgestattet mit zahlreichen Photos und Erklärungen, ein absolutes Schmuckstück für jedes Kochbuchregal.
