Synopsis
Welcome to the network--and welcome to the city. For what is a city, if not an immense network of flows, relationships, and interactions? Barcelona Lab examines this weave of inertia and asks how it is implicated in the configuring of a collective space, and what physical spaces arise out of the impulses of this network. What are the physical and organic origins of these activities? It asks questions about the work space, about the small laboratories from whence worlds are constructed, worlds full of references and mechanisms for action. Who are the people who work in these places and what are the links that exists between all of these people and their work?
