Synopsis

A stunningly illustrated edition of the timeless fairy tale.In a quiet village, at the edge of the woods, lived a girl that everyone called Little Red Riding Hood ... The path through the forest to Grandma's house has never looked as beautiful as in this retelling of the classic story. Francesca Cosanti's atmospheric and wonderfully detailed art captures the looming trees, the texture of the Wolf's fur and his sharp teeth, and the hominess of Grandma and her cottage. Children will be fascinated by every remarkable illustration, from the evocative landscapes to the image of Riding Hood reflected in the Wolf's glittering eyes.
