Synopsis
In Light and Shadows, children will unravel the secrets of science with simple experiments using easy-to-find ingredients.
In this title in the Let’s Experiment! series, children are accompanied by two characters: Professor Albert, who will teach them the scientific explanation behind each experiment; and Greg the Robot, who will guide them in their practice. They’ll have a ton of fun learning what happens to light when it encounters different obstacles, how to build a periscope, how to create a rainbow, and much more! For each experiment, there is also a “mess-o-meter” for parents to know how messy the experiment can be, as well as the level of difficulty.

À propos de l'auteur
Mattia Crivellini earned his degree in computer science at the University of Bologna and studied cognitive sciences at the University of Indiana in the United States. Since 2011, he has been the director of Fosforo, the science festival that takes place every May in Senigallia, Italy. He organizes and plans activities, conferences, and shows for communication and dissemination of science in Italy and abroad through the NEXT Cultural Association.
Rossella Trionfetti currently works as a children’s illustrator and also collaborates on the creation of apps and interactive games.
