À propos de l'auteur

Stephen C. McCaffrey is distinguished Professor of Law at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He chaired the International Law Commission where he was special rapporteur on international watercourses. He has served as counsel in cases before the International Court of Justice and has published widely. John S. Murray, J.D., is senior consultant with CMPartners, a conflict management firm, where he specializes in negotiation skills training, capacity building and mentoring of advocates in transboundary water conflict situations, most recently in the Middle East and South Asia. Melvin Woodhouse, B.Sc., M.Sc.(eng), LLM., is an independent consultant and has 35 years of global experience in the fields of water resources engineering, management, policy and law. His work addresses practical development and implementation at transboundary, national, and local levels.
